We will ship your order within 3–5 business days of purchase confirmation.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the carrier to process and deliver your shipment.
For international orders, shipping rates do not include any customs or import duties that may be applied upon arrival.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please email info@gabe-gordon.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will confirm your request and provide detailed return instructions.
All return shipping fees—domestic or international—are the responsibility of the customer.
Please provide tracking information once your return has been shipped.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and the status of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
